Vendor Information and Terms:

 

Each booth will cost $25. Refunds will not be granted after April 13, 2018.  However, if Saint Peter Orthodox Church cancels the fair any reason such as bad weather or unforeseen event, the booth fee will be refunded and the fair will be rescheduled at a later date.

 

Booth space will be assigned prior to the show and will be determined by the order that contracts and payments are received. Every effort will be made to place vendors in an advantageous place, and apart from others selling similar items.

 

One 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided per booth. Each space provided will be approximately 10’x 5’.  Covered outdoor spaces will be available and assigned, weather permitting.  If you cannot be placed in the covered outdoor area, please advise and another area will be considered upon availability.  Please consider your neighbor when setting up your display by keeping your display within the confines of your allotted space. Tables and chairs are the property of the Saint Peter Orthodox Church and intentional damage to them must be paid for by the vendor.

 

Set up will begin the day of the event at 8:00 a.m. and sale will open at 9:00 a.m.

Vendors must stay for the entire event.  No early breakdowns permitted.

 

Electricity is available but limited. Please let us know in advance if you need electricity.  Extension cords will not be provided.

 

Please bring a cart/dolly with you if you need one for set-up/tear down.

 

Booths must be attended at all times. (This is for the safety and care of your items.)  Pets, alcoholic beverages, and smoking are prohibited.

 

Nothing can be glued, taped, or tacked on the walls.  Burning candles are not permitted.

 

If the vendor is selling food items, appropriate food handlers permits must be provided.

 

Vendors are responsible for their own cashbox.  Saint Peter Orthodox Church will not take a percentage of vendor sales.

 

Lunch and beverages may be brought in by the vendor or purchased at the craft fair.

 

Saint Peter Orthodox Church is not responsible for accidents or injury during the event.

 

Saint Peter Orthodox Church is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or money.

 

Saint Peter Orthodox Church is committed to maintaining an uplifting and God-honoring environment.  Vendors will refrain from selling or displaying merchandise with profane language or suggestive or lewd images. The church staff retain the right to ask vendors to remove any merchandise which they deem inappropriate.

 

 

Advertising:

 

Advertising will be online via our website, Facebook, and in our newsletter and at various businesses around town. However, word of mouth is the best advertising of all! Please promote this to your friends and family! If you have digital photos of the items you will be selling, you may email them to johnna.burrows@gmail.com for use in advertising. We may not be able to use all submitted photos, but will try to feature a variety of submitted photos.
