Feast of Pentecost, June 7th

St. Peter Orthodox Church will celebrate Mass for the Feast of Pentecost this Sunday, June 7th. On this day our Lord would pour out His Holy Spirit upon mankind. And because of this, on this day 3000 souls would be Baptized into Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit as His Holy Church would be born.

What a glorious day this will be at St. Peter. For tomorrow four souls will be Baptized and all fifteen Catechumens will be engrafted into Christ's Holy Church by the Oil of Holy Chrism.

Also at the Feast of Pentecost, two of our inquirers will be made Catechumens taking their first formal steps towards all of the benefits Christ has ordained through His Church for the blessing and salvation of all.

Matins begins at 9:00 AM and Mass will begin at 9:30 AM. You can pray, worship, and rejoice with us on the Parish Facebook Page by clicking the link below:

"O Heavenly King, O Comforter, the Spirit of truth, who art in all places and fillest all things, treasury of good things and giver of life, come and dwell in us, cleanse us from every stain, and save our souls, O gracious Lord. Amen."
